서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Ongo Company(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Ritmo 앱(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:
- 라틴 댄스 음악(바차타/살사) 비트 분석 및 카운트 표시
- 안무 구간(프레이즈) 편집 및 공유
- 크루(댄스 그룹) 생성 및 관리
- 커뮤니티 게시판 및 메시지
- 이벤트/캘린더 기능
제3조 (이용자 등록)
- 서비스 이용을 위해 이메일 또는 소셜 계정(Google/Apple)으로 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 게스트 모드로 일부 기능을 체험할 수 있으며, 전체 기능 이용 시 회원가입이 필요합니다.
- 가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 정보를 도용해서는 안 됩니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:
- 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠 업로드
- 서비스를 이용한 불법 행위
- 다른 이용자에 대한 괴롭힘, 욕설, 혐오 발언
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 서비스를 무단으로 복제, 수정, 배포하는 행위
제5조 (콘텐츠 및 저작권)
- 이용자가 업로드한 음악 파일의 저작권은 원 저작권자에게 있습니다.
- 서비스는 음악 파일을 분석 목적으로만 처리하며, 별도로 저장하거나 재배포하지 않습니다.
- 이용자가 작성한 프레이즈노트, 게시물 등의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 이용자 콘텐츠를 앱 내에서 표시할 수 있는 권한을 가집니다.
제6조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
- 회사는 서비스 개선을 위해 사전 고지 후 서비스 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가피한 사유로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
- 무료 서비스의 경우 회사는 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 고지합니다.
제7조 (계정 해지 및 탈퇴)
- 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제 시 모든 개인정보 및 서비스 이용 기록이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- 이용약관 위반 시 회사는 사전 경고 후 계정을 정지하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (면책)
- 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 공유한 콘텐츠의 정확성이나 합법성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
- 이용자 간의 분쟁에 대해 회사는 개입할 의무를 지지 않습니다.
- 무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대해 회사는 특별한 보증을 하지 않습니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 회사 소재지 관할 법원을 합의 관할로 합니다.

1. About the Service
Ritmo is a Latin dance music (Bachata/Salsa) practice app provided by Ongo Company ("Company"). By using Ritmo ("Service"), you agree to the following terms.
2. Service Features
- Music beat analysis and count display for Latin dance
- Phrase (choreography section) editing and sharing
- Crew (dance group) creation and management
- Community board and messaging
- Events and calendar
3. User Registration
- You may sign up with email or social accounts (Google/Apple).
- Guest mode is available for limited features; full access requires registration.
- You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes copyrights
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or send hate speech to other users
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization
5. Content and Copyright
- Copyright of uploaded music files belongs to their original rights holders.
- The Service processes music files for analysis purposes only and does not store or redistribute them.
- You retain rights to content you create (phrase notes, posts, etc.).
- The Company may display user content within the app for Service operation.
6. Service Changes and Interruption
- The Company may modify Service features with prior notice.
- The Service may be temporarily suspended due to force majeure or system failures.
- For free services, the Company may discontinue the Service with prior notice.
7. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
- Upon deletion, all personal data and usage records are immediately removed.
- The Company may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms after prior warning.
8. Disclaimer
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-shared content.
- The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users.
- No special warranty is provided for free services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the Company's location.
